I learned to play the guitar at age 14, after being discouraged to play the drums when given a "practice pad" instead of a real kit! Barry and I started our first band while in school,  playing Yes, Iron Maiden, Rush, Black Sabbath , and Barry's original , "An assortment of raw humans" just to name a few.  I went on to play in local bands in Tucson until being asked to join the Barry Sparks band.

Influences: Barry Sparks, Alex Lifeson (Rush), David Gilmour (Pink Floyd), Yes, Heart, Beatles, George Harrison, UFO, Scorpions.
